Justin Timberlake kicked back with a fresh brew aboard a yacht in Puerto Rico today (June 26th), where he’s currently filming Runner, Runner alongside Gemma Arterton and Ben Affleck. The film follows a businessman’s involvement in offshore online gaming.
Here’s a bit of news you weren’t prepared for: Twitch reports that the peeps over at Paramount want Timberlake for their big screen version of Baywatch, a project that’s been in the works for some time. Ivan Reitman, Beau Flynn and Tripp Vinso are signed on a producers, and they’re hoping Timberlake will play a “disgraced” former Olympic swimmer who tries out for the lifeguard squad.
Fear not, fans. Producers have roles for David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, should they agree to be in the movie.
I don’t know whether or not this a joke, but some sites think this might be a humorous take on the 90s series.
