Ok now I know I am officially grown up. I am so over the message in this song! Three years ago I would have been like “hell yeah! I’m sexpot!” but now i’m just like oh please! I’m sure the youngins wil be all over this! But for me it’s lame. Please DO check out the new India.Arie album though!
Beebs | July 6, 2006 at 7:46 pm
Ha! This sounds like a JC Chasez knock off from Schizophrenic. But not as good. Hee hee. Two years too late.
Christine | July 6, 2006 at 7:54 pm
I love it.
keller | July 6, 2006 at 8:21 pm
I don’t know.
White trash just doesn’t turn me on.
Yeccch.
KittyLiterati | July 6, 2006 at 8:33 pm
Ain’t my bag (Beebs, you’re so right. It does sound like a craptastic JC Chasez song).
There was a time when I would have jumped on Justin at the drop of his cheesy fedora, but that time passed long ago. So much for “bringing sexy back.”
NERI | July 6, 2006 at 9:26 pm
Ironically enough, it sounds like PopoZao.
I really don’t like this song
Maria Sangria | July 6, 2006 at 9:54 pm
Justin Timberlake is not white trash, just cos he’s from the country. You must have him mixed up with Eminem. Timberlake is totally unaffected. He never let fame go to his head because he’s grounded. He can do so many things well. Truthfully, this young man has a lot of natural talent. People in the entertainment industry like him.

Justin gets edgy – I love it. No whiny, blue-eyed soul here – this is all grit. It’s strange that JC could sing the same song and come off as sleazy, but Justin makes my upper lip sweat. You go, baby.

“I’m bringing sexy back…” Ego much? You were never sexy, JT, and the “I’ll sound sexy and wild so people will know I’m all growed up” thing didn’t work for your ex Britney either.
Repetitive beats, computerized voice, and his wussy voice. Try Regina Spektor instead. She could play a xylophone and have a bucket over her head, and she’d sound much much better than this overprocessed stuff.

Umm why does that song sound like something Fergie would sing? Or maybe exactly like Nelly Fertado’s new song…It is crap…or at the very least corny.
Kate | July 7, 2006 at 12:07 am
LOLOLOLOLOL, he has got to be kiddin’ with this song right? I’ve never laughed that hard in my life. Wow, the song is HORRIBLE!
Kelsey | July 7, 2006 at 1:32 am
I expected better. He’s got a great voice with lots of talent…wtf is with the computer? @ least it’ll be ok to dance to…but gawd…I hope the CD is better!!!

Shades of Pharrell, Prince and Chromeo. Pop music needs this.
BJ | July 7, 2006 at 2:13 am
Sounds like Nelly Furtado.
j | July 7, 2006 at 3:16 am
i swear to god this song reminds me of the mortal combat song!! especially the begining
lisa86 | July 7, 2006 at 5:26 am
…it’s no “Rock Your Body” :(
Will | July 7, 2006 at 8:06 am
it sounds almost electro. perhaps hes taking a new direction?
the editors | July 7, 2006 at 8:38 am
It sounds eerily similar to Sexy Results by Death from Above 1979. But I don’t care too much because I still love JT.
Maddyboy | July 7, 2006 at 8:38 am
It’s just okay. I was expecting more from JT. He is very talented and has a wonderful voice, but this song underwhelms. It does not set him apart from other artists.
Still, JT is a wonderful performance artist…he may make up for it on stage and in the video.
The song itself is same old, same old.
anonymous | July 7, 2006 at 12:14 pm
I’m sorry I will never be too old to listen to a song that makes me feel sexy and wanna dance…
song’s hot.
Me | July 8, 2006 at 12:17 am
Horrible.

You must face the fact that this kind of music turn in to megahits these days.
