Oh the life of Kate Hudson. The actress needed an apparent reprieve from the drinking and cheating while pregnant rumors have come to surface over the last few weeks.
The couple, who are expecting a baby together later this year were photographed in the South American city and Kate looked glowing as they strolled out of their hotel.

The actress was spotted in a free-flowing lightening print dress over the weekend as she continued her romantic getaway in San Paulo, Brazil with boyfriend Matt Bellamy.
The couple is in Sao Paulo for Matt and Muse who are performing a series of concerts this week.
