So TLC is claiming that Jon Gosselin was not fired from Jon & Kate Plus 8. Apparently, the reality TV patriarch remains part of the equation, according to Us Weekly. Mike Heller from TLC tells the mag, “He was not fired.” However, Jon will instead appear more infrequently on the series.
As for his future ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, her former flame’s wishes to slow down divorce proceedings appear to be falling on deaf ears. Jon recently said in a press release, “I asked my attorney to put the brakes on this divorce so I could try to regain control over the future of our family.”
However, RadarOnline claims that Kate isn’t having any of it. A snitch tells the gossip outlet, “If he meant any of it, he could have easily told her in person or on the phone,” rather than allowing her to find out via press release, which the source claims she did.
Yeah, this is how we feel about it too.

You go girl! Yeah, her over-bearing tendencies probably pushed him away to begin with, but his true character is coming out now – and for whatever reason it ended she’s clearly better off without him. Jon may feel like a stud now, but as long as Kate plays her cards right, doesn’t give into the drama, and keeps trudging along with her career, she’s the one who’s really coming out on top!
