Now that she’s rid herself of her strange, hedgehog-like haircut with some long, wavy extensions, Kate Gosselin looks like she’s ready to enter the singles market in a big way.

The mother of eight was spotted out with a mystery male companion at Austins restaurant in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Although Kate’s only had the hair for a short time, she already seems to flick it over her shoulders flirtatiously like a pro.

This seeming love connection comes after Kate’s ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, has hooked up with one youngun after another. Between Jon’s hair-plugs and Kate’s extensions, it’s a shame they couldn’t work things out, since they seem so compatible, hair-wise.
