Not only is Kate Gosselin determined to move on with her life after filing from divorce from her husband, Jon Gosselin. She’s also moving to Maryland.

RadarOnline.com is reporting that the reality TV mom has purchased a condo in pricey Montgomery County in Maryland. And interestingly enough, Kate’s bodyguard, Steve Nelid, lives a mere block away.

As for the kids, they’ll stay in the family’s Pennsylvania home. Whenever one parent is taking care of the kids, they’ll remain there. As for Jon, his retreat is his condo in New York, where he and his fellow parent-of-the-year Michael Lohan can have slumber parties until the wee hours of the morning.
