Kate Gosselin’s Displays Short Hair And Competitive Spirit

Kate Gosselin went in to Ted Gibson hair salon in New York yesterday and left without her $7,000 extensions. Never fear, if you hate the short hair. She should be getting them in as we speak/write. Gibson told Radar Online on Tuesday that he will be giving her a new look, but that look is new extensions.

“She’ll have a new hairdo tomorrow because we’re taking them out and we’re not putting them back in until Thursday.  So she’ll have short hair for a day.” I imagine taking hair out and putting in would have been many hours in the chair at once. She left the salon wither her temporary hair and her new Dancing with the Stars partner Tony Dovolini and they had dinner at Nobu. Why does this guy keep going to the salon with her?

Kate has made it clear she is aiming for the trophy, but one thing might be holding her back. “I do want to win. It’s just that the dancing part is getting in the way of winning,” she told People. But she’s a mom first.

“If I last two weeks on the show, I’ve shown my kids that hard work and perseverance pays off and if I don’t win, I’ve shown them you don’t always have to come in first. You just have to keep on trying.” Much more than Daddy’s shown them.
