A-Rod and Kate hit Lure Fishbar (ewww?) in NYC for a three hour dinner last week and were reportedly “cozy” with each other. That could mean anything from they were sitting very close together to her being under the table and A-Rod wondering whether he should stop her or eff it, I’m a Yankee, go on girl.

The party then moved onto the Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel where Kate introduced Rod to her buddy, business tycoon Ron Burkle.

Kate’s rep denies that the two are item, stating that “Kate was at Lure with a group of 10 people.” And left out “and giggling over getting one over on that old bitch Madonna.”
