Perky little actress Kate Hudson is just a blond ball of energy. In fact, she might even be more than even a professional athlete like Alex Rodriguez can handle.
The Yankee slugger spent most of the game last night against the Florida Marlins on the bench, citing “fatigue” as the reason, according to the New York Post.
This is no surprise, given the fact that the baseball player spent the evening with Hudson–his current squeeze–living it up in South Beach until early in the morn. It’s quite a statement that he seemed more rested when he was mixing it up with hookers.

That’s just…stupid.
Starting baseball players take days off, usually every few weeks when they’re well. Sometimes more frequently. Alex Rodriguez had played 35 straight games since coming back from the disabled list after major hip surgery. It was just time. He’s too valuable to go back on the disabled list.
Also, that baseball game started at 7pm. He had plenty of time to get some sleep. The only people who would conjure up “gossip” like this (oh noes, he’s *tired*!) are the ones who aren’t aware of how baseball works.
