Academy Award-winning actress, Kate Winslet, has once again received a prize for her role in The Reader, for which she won an Oscar early this year.

The 34-year-old British actress accepted the prestigious Bambi Award for the title of Best International Actress in Berlin, telling the crowd about her German cast and crew, “They had a really wonderful sense of humor even in the face of some brutal filming hours.”

When she was presented with the award, it was noted that Winslet is “an actress who doesn’t just slip into her roles but rather puts herself into the soul of her roles.” As for slipping into something, Kate chose to slip into a stunning black dress with sparkly capped sleeves for the event, looking lovely as usual.
