I love these pictures of recently-hitched Katharine McPhee arriving at a a business meeting in Santa Monica. The American Idol runner-up is looking all spring-like in her flowery dress, barefoot and running around like a fair maiden from an antique painting. I can’t imagine what sort of “business meeting” she’d be attending, where it’s kosher to arrive barefoot–something that involves stomping grapes, perhaps?
On a side note, I like to imagine that’s what newlywed brides do–run around carefree, in summer dresses, barefoot. At least, until reality sets in and I swear to God, if he leaves hair on the bar of soap ONE MORE TIME, I’m going to leave him this time, but for real.
