I’m really hoping that the dowdy ensemble Katie Holmes is sporting–a black beanie, thick grey cardigan and jeans–is crucial for her role in Don’t Be Afraid of The Dark and not just an indication that she’s given up on trying to dress cute.

The actress has been hard at work on the film set for her latest role, as well as gearing up for a highly-anticipated performance on So You Think You Can Dance. Adding to that, her duties as a mother to three-year-old Suri Cruise and it’s easy to wonder when Katie finds time to sleep.

The 30-year-old appears as if her hard-working lifestyle is taking its toll on her. She needs to adopt a new mantra, which states: Don’t Be Afraid of A Nap.
