Katy Perry was a stunning vision atop cotton candy and decked out in pink tutu and was completely bedazzled from head to toe.

She performed her hits “California Gurls” and “Teenage Dream” and a few others and spent a good 45 minutes going around signing autographs for fans who had waited for her overnight. Check out one of her performances after the jump!
