Settle, people.  Important things are happening.

Like Katy Perry turning 25 and throwing a giant party for herself.  Apparently, said par-tay had a Charlie and The Chocolate Factory theme and was held at L.A. restaurant The Beach.  Katy asked all her guests to wear white and then got a bit silly with some brightly-colored paint.  Naughty celebrities!

Katy unsurprisingly showed up with her love-buddy Russell Brand, and lovey-doveyness ensued.  I don’t have much to say about these two.  They are a steaming cup of ‘who cares?’ in my book.

But on the bright side, look!  Oompa loompas!  I hope they got overtime for this gig.

Also in attendance were Taylor Swift, who seems to be dwarfing Julianne Hough, Matt Dallas, Jonny Makeup, JoJo, Perez Hilton, and Markus Molinari.
