So, we’ve heard this story before, but once again, it sounds as if former couple, Kellan Lutz (seeing here looking all handsome about and about today in Los Angeles) and AnnaLynne McCord are having trouble staying apart.

The twosome were spotted looking very much like a couple while out and about on Monday. During their tryst, they were snapped by photographers, who witnessed the couple kissing.

But then again, we all know the first break-up never takes.
