Don’t let those man-hating songs like ‘Since U Been Gone’ fool you into thinking that Kelly Clarkson‘s man woes have sent her on the hunt for her very own Samantha Ronson – this girl is 100% straight.
“People are like, ‘Are you secretly a lesbian? Because I’d really love it,’” Kelly says in an interview with AOL’s Popeater. “Lesbians tell it to me all the time. I’m like, ‘I’m glad it works for you and I wish I liked women like that because oftentimes men are very hard for me, but I happen to like boys. I would never want to date [someone like] myself, ever. I’m a crazy person. I need some kind of stable, quiet man.”
A stable, quiet man? Um, does such a creature still exist in this day and age? Anyways, I guess it’s cool that Kelly’s rooting her music in well, music, rather than the suggestive allure of girl-on-girl affection like, oh I don’t know, Katy Perry.
Kelly got wind of Rolling Stones‘ theory that her new album was largely influenced by the ‘I Kissed A Girl’ singer, and she wants to set the record straight.
‘Katy and [new
'American Idol' judge] Kara DioGuardi wrote a song, ‘I Do Not Hook Up,’
which is probably going to be my second single. But we’re very
different,” Kelly says. “I honestly don’t think we’re very comparable. I’m a huge
Katy Perry fan, but no, I think people are saying that because I worked
with Max and Luke. But I mean, I worked with Max and Luke before [her].”
Ya got that, folks? Kelly don’t kiss girls and she makes her own music. Oh and another thing, where was Katy Perry back in 2002 when Kelly Clarkson was winning American Idol? Exactly, bitch was here first.

actually, Katy was around in 2002 and from the early 90s recording pop Christian music and writing songs that Miley Evil Cyrus has recorded and etc.
She only just got really recognized recently, but she has been around for a while.
Nice to see T.R. Knight getting out and about.
No way – these two are totally different, with different styles. But they are both hot young pop artists, and, according to the reader written reviews I’ve read on EverHype (they’re a website that’s totally user driven, and I think your readers would really like them – http://www.everhype.com/?utm_source=bc) they’re both here to stay.
