After what has seemed like a ridiculously long period of time, Kelly Rutherford has finally settled her contentious custody battle with ex-husband Daniel Giersch. According to US Magazine, Kelly and Daniel will share joint legal and physical of their two children Hermes, 2, and Helena, who was just born a little while ago.
Both parents will be relocating to New York while Kelly shoots this season of Gossip Girl, and according to court documents both must also attend co-parenting counseling sessions. Kelly doesn’t see her and Daniel having a good relationship, although they will probably try to put on a nice face for the kids.
Wow. No wonder she didn’t tell him about their daughter’s birth. I think it was the whole “my husband is not paying for anything” that finally did the court in. You can’t look at a pregnant woman who is probably crying over her children and not give them to her. Let’s just hope that her Gossip Girl character has less drama than Kelly did this year. Pssh, whatever, Gossip Girl has got to have more drama! Yayz!
