Here’s hoping that this bit of information regarding the custody battle between Kelsey and Camille Grammer isn’t true. TMZ has obtained a letter Kelsey’s lawyer sent to Camille’s attorney outlining a request to split up the children. Kelsey would like their 6-year-old son, Jude to live with him in Chicago, while their daughter Mason will stay with Camille in Los Angeles.

Yesterday Camille filed for primary custody of their two children so that they wouldn’t be split up. Kelsey’s rep, Stan Rosenfield released the following statement about news that he wants to split up his kids: “Despite the fact that those connected with Camille Grammer seem to be hand delivering confidential documents to TMZ and other media outlets, we will continue not to make public statements about their private matters which can and apparently does beg for misinterpretation.”
The Grammers’ divorce was official in February, and shortly after Kelsey married flight attendant Kayte Walsh.
What kind of message is he sending to his kids..that he prefers one over the other?! Doesn’t he think that his daughter will wonder why her Daddy wants her brother and not her? That could scar a child for life! And what about the boy? He gets no say if he wants to be with him Mom? Just wrong all the way around!
