Kendra Wilkinson ushered in her 26th birthday with a celebration at Pure Nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas Saturday.  Still in fighting shape from her time on Dancing With The Stars, Wilkinson partied in a little gold number alongside hubby Hank Baskett.

Wilkinson told OK! Magazine that while at her gynecologist’s office for a routine check-up a few days before the party, the staff asked to see a picture of her son, Hank:

” I have the best picture of my son ever, so I’m going through my pictures and of course one of like X-rated photo came up that I sent to him [pointing at Hank standing next to her], a while ago came up and I’m like, ‘OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!’ so the doctor saw like a full-on XXX-rated picture of me as I was looking for a picture of our son.”
