Britney Spears has ended her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline yesterday. Both parties have signed a settlement agreement, granting K-Fed full custody over the couple’s two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston.
Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan told OK! Magazine, “Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving.” At the moment, Britney retains monitored visits with her boys two days a week and is allowed one overnight.

It may be the best thing for the boys, for now. But I know this won’t be the end of things. Hopefully, she’ll pull her life together and in a couple of years regain at least partial custody.

This is just for now cause SlimeFed is running up legal bills. If he didn’t have Britney’s money to live off of, he would want this much custody. Britney can get joint custody at a later date. BEST WISHES TO BRITNEY SPEARS!!

it is sad for her, but what’s more important is what is best for the kids involved. if they’re “thriving” with Kfed, and Brit isn’t quite yet up to full custody, then it’s the right thing to do.
hopefully, as she continues to improve, she’ll get more time with them.

KFed is a POS parasite who messed Britney up from day one. She should have stayed the nice little Christian, conservative, Republican girl she was before she skanked out. What a shame. And God help those little boys.

‘Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving’ is a lousy choice of words from Kevin’s lawyer. Could he not have said Kevin was ‘pleased’ with the outcome and leave it at that? He makes it sound like Kevin has just won the lotto.
These boys have effectly lost their mother. It’s not a situation to be ‘ecstatic’ about, unless you are seeing $$$$$$$, which is the case here, let’s be honest about it.

you DO realize how she dressed and performed before she met Kfed, right? she went on stage half-dressed most of the time! And shared a not-so-innocent kiss with Madonna…
dressing like a whore/stripper when most of your fans are pre-teen girls is just SO Christian and conservative, as is passionate-kissing of someone of the same sex.

It sounds like Kfed just won the lotto..because he did.
If he didnt get custody of the kids, he wouldn’t recieve as much money as he would with them.
His life is set, and he never has to work a day.
