It seems that even though Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom had a big, splashy ceremony over the weekend, the two of them aren’t yet legally hitched.

TMZ reports that both parties are working out the details of a prenup requested by Odom. According to the website’s source, lawyers for each started going at it on Friday and apparently, the talks “are already contentious.”

Contentious? But they have such a long and colorful history together. I’m sure this will all get worked out.
