Young newlyweds, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian, have finally come to a verbal prenuptial contract upon which both the professional athlete and reality TV starlet have agreed, reports TMZ.

While Los Angeles Laker Lamar will be retaining complete control over his $33 million from the his 4-year-contract with the basketball franchise, he will be financing a house for the both of them, likely to cost at least $5 million.

In addition, Khloe will receiving an annual allowance throughout the course of the couple’s union and Lamar has agreed to finance a joint account.

Ah, the simplicity and innocence of young love.
