It appears that Kiefer Sutherland‘s legal woes as a result of his attack on Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough at the MET Costume Gala have come to a close.

The actor subsequently turned himself in for questioning the NYC police after the incident, however McCollough will no longer act as a “complaining witness” now that the two have come to an agreement over the situation.

Let’s just hope that this baby doesn’t get fresh with Brooke Shields.
