Shortly after these pics were taken at the Fox Eco-Casino (???) party in L.A. last night, Kiefer Sutherland got busted for DUI. This is his second DUI offense, he was also busted in 2004. Does he always wear neutral colors? You never see him in anything loud. And god, this bitch likes to drink. Whenever he’s not working on “24″, he’s out flashing his privates at bars or leaping into Christmas trees or passing out on tables. Whilst drinking. He sounds like fun. Just take his keys.
Police sources tell TMZ 40-year-old Sutherland was pulled over around 1:35 AM PST on the corner of La Cienega and Beverly.
Sutherland, who was stopped after making an illegal U-turn, was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and transported to the Hollywood Police station. He was booked at 4:09 AM and released at 5:42 AM on $25,000 bail.
We’re told Sutherland was “cooperative and mellow” while he was in custody.
If this interferes with “24″ redeeming itself this season, there’s going to be outrage in the J. Harvey cruddy apartment. Did you know Kiefer’s 5’10 and weights 150? That’s sorta slight. He seems so badass on the show. He’s sorta wispy, huh? The next nuclear explosion over Valencia, California and he might just float away! Hopefully he hangs onto a really heavy bottle of Jim Beam to weight his drunk ass down.

My sentiments EXACTLY, J. We all know he drinks.. but when it interferes with my fantastical image of Jack Bauer, well that’s just taking it TOO FAR!
