No, Kim Kardashian did not pose with a sophisticated turkey on the cover of a magazine. The reality television star was put on the cover of the Turkish version of Cosmopolitan (above left), without her permission. The cover is controversial because Kardashian is Armenian and Turkey committed genocide against the Armenians nearly 100 years ago. Her Armenian Cosmopolitan cover is above on the right.
Kim took to her blog to clear up things:
“I just found out today that I am on the cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine in Turkey this month. Cosmopolitan Magazine has a number of international editions all around the world that run in various territories, and when I did this shoot for the international covers I had no idea that Turkey was planning to run my story on their cover THIS month, considering Genocide Remembrance Day is this month.”

“My Armenian heritage means a lot to me and I’ve been brought up to be incredibly proud of my family’s background and culture so as an Armenian-American woman it is a huge honor for me to be on the first ever Armenian Cosmopolitan cover. Cosmo is known as a fun and inspiring magazine for women of all races, shapes, sizes, regardless of their political beliefs and I really hope that if I can bring awareness to the issue, then this in an accomplishment.”

I couldn’t of said it better. What a coincidence that it happens to be the month of armeniens geni(what ever)that she was the cosmo cover, helllloooo it’s all arranged by the media and the famewhore. If she so much loves her country and her culture why doesn’t she live there???????????? I don’t know why Turkey even bothered with her what a waste of paper, a waste of space and a waste of a tree.
Are you RETARDED man? Because she was born in America!!! She is ARMENIAN-AMERICAN. You can be proud of your culture and not live there! God. I’m Armenian and I was born in another country and raised there. What is wrong with you? I am extremely proud to be Armenian and love my culture but I do not live there as I was not born there!!! Many Armenians don’t live in Armenia and where not born there! Idiot.
