So Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, despite having been engaged for two years, have no intentions of tying the knot anytime soon. But who cares about marriage– she and Shepard are ready for family life. She told Us that, “We’ll have some babies. [...] It will be our gift to America.”

Uh, oookay then, Kristen.

Well, hopefully the former Veronica Mars star has time for “America’s gifts” while shooting her new Showtime show, Hou$e of Lie$, which she attended the premiere screening for on January 4th in L.A.

She told Us about her small screen return, gushing that in an ideal world she’d be on “a cable network that had the ability to go further with storylines and not worry about censorship, to have 13 episodes instead of 22, and to not have it be on my shoulders, and to have it be a bit more provocative than anything I’d done before.”
