Lana Del Rey‘s much-slammed performance on Saturday Night Live is now legendary. Now the show has addressed the controversy the way they do best – via a character parody!

SNL‘s Kristen Wiig did a spot-on impersonation of the pouty singer, chatting with Seth Meyers about the backlash following her nervous performance.

“Based on the public’s response, I must have clubbed a baby seal while singing the Taliban national anthem,” ‘Lana’ said, carefully smoothing her hair.
