There’s a twinge of bad prom dress running through Kristen Stewart‘s Monique Lhuillier Oscar gown. There’s just a little too much fabric there for the surly starlet. The dress adds curves to her wiry frame and the midnight hue definitely speaks to the Twilight star’s darker side, but the overall affect is a little meh. But are we really surprised? She’s kind of built her whole career around “meh” unintentionally. Next up in that vein, playing yet another disaffected youth in The Runaways.

She looks beautiful and I love her dress…she could have added some colorful accessories, but thats my opinion. i do however agree with the “Disaffected Youth” comment…but maybe she will prove us wrong in her upcoming movies. The Runaways looks interesting and so does Welcome to the Rileys and The Yellow Handkerchief…Who knows. But I do like her dress…its form fitting and very pretty.

wow what a rude post. even perez hilton praised her and rightfully so! she looks gorgeous, the dress adds curves in all the right places and the color is a nice change from the amount of gold dresses this year. I dont know where your snarky writing is coming from but it is most deffinetely unwarrented and disagreed with. She’s already been placed on many best dressed lists. Whoever write the post on these pics is just a jealous cow. She looks stunning and is easily one of the best dressed there. Maybe the writter should go rub up on her edward pillow. Kristen Stewart’s stunning gorgessity makes the post-writer’s petty comments seem small and irrelevant to reality. The misreporting of the Joan Jett-role as a ‘disaffected youth’ just makes the writer look stupid. Stupid and irrelevant.
But still, the pics of Kristen more than make up for the stupid, irrelevant writer. The young lady is hit it out of the park. Good for her.
