No longer content to shock with her over-the-top costumes, Lady GaGa decided to leave the wacky clothing at home and step out in little more than a wig and some underclothing.

At the Sofitel Hotel lobby in Hamburg, Germany, the pop star posed for pictures with fans looking three sheets to the wind.

She blew kisses at paparazzi after leaving her concert in Stadtpark. We suspect this is what she wears underneath all those stage costumes. Sometimes, less is more, but in this case, less just feels like…well, less.
