If you live in or near Concord Mills, North Carolina, you have one last shot for “extra” stardom. Casting agents will be auditioning for extras for George Clooney’s new film “Leatherheads” today.

Agents say they are looking for all kinds of people, mainly those who can spend seven to 10 days on the set in Charlotte. They want men who can work as press, game officials, referees and fans for football sequences and women who can fill in stadium scenes.

Anyone with dance training or familiarity with 1920s movies is also urged to attend.

Casting calls for “Leatherheads” has been going on throughout the state. Monday’s audition runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the mall’s food court. Be sure to bring a non-returnable photo when you come.
