Reality star of “The Hills,” Lauren Conrad recently revealed to the New York Daily News’ Gatecrasher that she is fully aware of her limitations as a thespian.
Lauren Conrad tells us: “I don’t want to act.”
“I tried it,” she shrugged. “I was in ‘Epic Movie’ for, like, two seconds, and then I died.”
Lauren also added:
“I don’t enjoy it, and I can’t make a career out of something I don’t really like,” she added. “It’s not that fun, and I’m not that good at it.”
I’m really not all that clear exactly who this woman is, but already I know that I like her.

I’m ashamed to say I got hooked on Laguna Beach while channel surfing one day— kinda like looking at a bad accident. But I think she was the least neurotic, especially now when you read about the rest of them.

She was on the first two seasons of Laguna Beach and is now on The Hills (both on MTV). She interns with Teen Vogue magazine.

Even though I think she would have never ended up where she is now without her MTV connection, she is the ONLY likeable person from that wretched LB show.

Lauren is the absolute best! I used to watch the old Laguna Beach and definitely found her to be cuter and nicer than Kristen. On The Hills she has just grown into an even better person. I hate to see her constantly having a broken heart and I hope one day she has her own fashion line because she always looks cute.

I don’t like Laguna Beach but when my roommates watched LC was the only one I could stand. I like that she’s interested in fashion and actually doing things that could lead to a career in fashion or the fashion journalism industries.
Also, I LOVE that she looks just like Ben Stiller’s wife (before weight loss) back in the Hey Dude days
