Not to be outdone by her Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively, who opted for a more conventionally elegant look, playful Leighton Meester opted for a more playful look in brightly bejeweled leggings, high-heels tied with big black bows and a multi-colored top with dramatic puffy sleeves. Perhaps Meester is choosing to side with her inner pop star, since both Madonna and Rihanna showed up on the red carpet in outfits that looked stage-ready.
Either that, or she was just woozy from the fumes.
