It’s been a while, but Lenny Kravitz is now coming out with a new album, entitled, “It Is Time for a Love Revolution.” And it seems that a big part of Lenny’s marketing plan this time around involves MySpace, since we all know that Internet is where it’s at these days, yo. The record label producing the album, Virgin Records, is teaming up with MySpace for the “Get on the Bus With the Love Revolution” tour, which will run through select cities January 17th through the 31st. Capitol Music Group president Lee Trink gave a description of what the fans on the bus can expect:
“The bus will pick up a contest winner and a friend in each city along the route, and Lenny will hang out with these winners on the bus. We’ll videotape the whole thing and put it up on MySpace and Lenny’s official site.”
Man, he sure is pretty in these pictures–backlit and everything. Maybe I will have to get on that bus, or at least make this my desktop background.

I LOVE me some Lenny Kravitz. I LOVE the way he’s in touch with his feminine side. Not many men can (or would try) to dress up in the superfreak 60′s pajama party outfits Lenny does, AND be able to pull it off. You know the one’s I’m talking about. My cousin & I had matching tangerine colored, 1 piece gossamer WIDE bell bottomed pajama catsuits, with the frilly trim around the bodice. We used to grab Mama’s wooden spoons & make like we were putting on a Tom Jones variety hour. Once in awhile the Monkee’s or Bobby Sherman would pop in and sing with us. I was SO in love with Davy Jones. But I digress….. ONLY LENNY KRAVITZ could get up on stage for a rock & roll performance, dressed like a 7 year old girl at a 60′s pajama party AND kick ass doin’ it!!!! I’d SO go Lenny’s way in a heart beat!!!!
I hugged Lenny Kravitz when he came out into the crowd at a show in san diego. He seemed awfully short and when you say it in person lenny seems like an unusual name for a black guy. His music rocks though.
I won the contest off myspace and will be on the bus when he comes to San Francisco! This is so cool LENNY IS THE MAN!!!

Lenny’s the coolest cat alive. I was glad to be able to meet him and ride his bus.
