Leona Lewis Doesn’t Feel Punches Cause She’s ‘Hard’

Don’t be confused by the tears Leona Lewis shed when some crazed fan punched her in the face unexpectedly at a book signing. The X-Factor winner says that she won’t be losing sleep over the attack because her rough and tumble upbringing prepared her.

Lewis claims, “I’m from Hackney, so I’m hard. I’m not going to let something like that bother me.” The singer adds, “When you grow up where I did you learn to move on. There was always some kind of craziness going on in my neighborhood.”

Her heart might be crippled by the vein that she keeps on closing, but other than that, she’s fine.
