Well this is a confusing one.
Leonardo Di Caprio is promoting his new film Shutter Island in Italy. He arrived at the airport with Bar Refaeli, the model he was last seen out with, but he visited Pompeii with is mother and Anne Vyalitsyna, the model he was linked to in August of 2009. Maybe this is why he never talks about his personal life, because it’s too complicated. I hope he’s spending some time in that hood sorting it out.
There’s no confusion about his commitment to his job, though. He told Entertainment Tonight that even though he and co-star Mark Ruffalo had to spew dialogue on the other end of wind and rain machines while live rats were thrown at them, it only made him better at his job.
“It made us more committed and more focused, and we had to talk through the wind machines, the rain machines, the rats being thrown at us. But just like the character, we had to persevere in finding out what was really going on in Shutter Island,” he said. Di Caprio found the role and experience intense. “It challenged the hell out of me,” said Leo.
Take note ladies. Leo likes a challenge.
