Liam McIntyre, a Sam Worthington look-alike and my new boyfriend, arrived at the premiere of Spartacus: War Of The Damned at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live last night (January 22th).  The Flick Cast grabbed the Australian star for a Q&A ahead of the final season on Starz. (airing January 35th).

How did Dishy McIntyre train to play Spartacus?  Circus moves, of course.

“One of the fun things I did between seasons is I went and found this friend of mine that does circus,” McIntyre said.  ”I reckon there’d be some cool moves I could do like flips and somersaults and crazy- awesome moves that Spartacus doesn’t do. 

“I don’t think you’ll ever find him climb a roof and somersault off it and slice a guy in half.  But, if he does, you’ll know why.

And finally, one more reason to make McIntyre my boyfriend.
