Lohan tweeted on Saturday that she’s going to take things “one step at a time,” and quoted Gandhi as a source of inspiration. Now that she’s out of rehab, she’ll be subject to random drug and alcohol testing and sessions with a psychiatrist until she returns to court on Feb. 24.
