Jesus Lindsay, please get your fucking act together!

Lindsay Lohan is no longer a person of interest, she’s officially a suspect in a jewelry theft case in which $100,00 worth of sunglasses and watches were stolen from Sam Magid‘s Hollywood home.

Lohan and her assistant Gavin Doyle have been listed as suspects. While Magid has recanted the theft story he told police, law enforcement officials believe they have independent witnesses who can finger Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves.

So is Lindsay talking? 

LAPD detectives have contacted the Machete actress’ attorney on Monday, asking to interview both suspects, but their attorney is not complying with the police’s request.

In February 2011, Lindsay was also considered a suspect and investigated by police as she walked out wearing a one-of-a-kind necklace from Venice Beach, CA and was eventually sentenced to 120 days in jail.
