A Los Angeles judge ruled last night that Lindsay Lohan would get 120 days in jail for violating her probation.  According to Us Magazine, Lohan was only charged with a misdemeanor last night for allegedly stealing a necklace back in January.  Since she’s turned down previous plea bargains for this case, she’ll be tried in 45 days.

Since the jewelry incident was in violation of her probation terms stemming from a 2007 DUI, the judge ruled that Lohan remain behind bars for 120 days.  In addition she must complete community service.   Lohan’s lawyer filed an appeal.
