It looks as if Lindsay Lohan may catch another break. Gossip Cop is reporting that it’s entirely possible that Linsday may not have to spend any time behind bars.
The reason being jail overcrowding. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department manages the facility where Lohan is expected to be incarcerated, and for non-violent misdemeanors (such as Lohan’s), offenders are often allowed to serve their sentence at home with an ankle bracelet monitoring device.

The actress may end up with a scenario in which the actress serves her sentence at home. Maybe if Lindsay Lohan spent more time at home she wouldn’t have to participate in any more photo shoots like this one that she did for Blank.

If the jails are so overcrowded, release someone who has almost completed their incarceration and let Lindsay do the time to which she is obligated. How many more times does she get off? Why even bother to arrest her if she is breaking the law? She knows she won’t do any time!
