After attending Philipp Plein‘s show during Milan Fashion Week, Lindsay Lohan did what she does best and went out with the fashion designer last night in the Italian City.  Lohan, the face of Plein’s Spring 2012 collection, had two costume changes during the evening while holding tight to her carton of ciggies.  This isn’t the first trainwreck Plein has attached to his line.  In June 2010, he announced that Mischa Barton would be the face of his collection.

From the looks of things, these two appeared to be getting might cozy.  Who wouldn’t after a night out?  Plein is hot, Lohan may or may not be on great terms with her New York fling, Vikram Chatwal.  Get down with your bad self, sister.
