Out of all of her past flings, the one between her and Louis Vuitton–i.e. an ad campaign involving the young, party-hardy starlet–was probably the most meaningful and I’m sure the made her the saddest when it ended. But it looks like Lindsay’s on the rebound. From WWD.com:

Miu Miu has tapped the teen queen as the face of its spring 2007 ad campaign. A Prada spokesman confirmed Lohan is shooting the campaign in London over the weekend. Separately, WWD has learned Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott are the photographers.

Oh, Miu Miu. You don’t mind some sloppy seconds? And we do mean SLOPPY.
