Fittingly enough, the club Lindsay Lohan is attending with an exposed and plunging neckline is named Voyeur. I wish I could say that she is showing off her orange cleavage with that in mind, but I highly doubt it.

Once again, Lindsay has found herself embroiled in a sex tape scandal. Rumors are running rampant that an 47-second video file of La Lohan doing the dirty with a mystery guy is circulating around Los Angeles. The footage is several years old and the man in possession of the file is reportedly “a waiter with a well-known chain restaurant,” the Daily Mirror reports.

He’s reportedly handed over the footage to “an offshore porn site” and will soon be available worldwide. An insider tells the British publication, “This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors.”

Sadly, this isn’t the worst news she’s dealing with at the moment. So much for a fresh start with a new year.
