Just as it seemed she were getting herself out of the legal entanglements caused from her DUI and hit-and-run back in 2007, Lindsay Lohan has gone and had herself another car accident.

But don’t fret for our little red-headed friend, because she wasn’t at the wheel. The 22-year-old actress was in the passenger seat of a black SUV just outside the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood.

At least the actress is having a good hair day here, after visiting a salon on West Hollywood. And we all know that’s nothing to sneeze at. Unless you’re allergic to good hair, in which case, I’m sorry to hear that.
