Back when she was a sweet (well, maybe) and healthy 12-year-old, Lindsay Lohan starred alongside Natasha Richardson in The Parent Trap. So this week, the “actress” took time out from her busy schedule of crashing cars, getting arrested, and twittering her inner neuroses, to pay her respects.
“She was a wonderful woman and actress and treated me like I was her own,” Lindsay wrote of Natasha, who died Wednesday after suffering serious head injuries in a skiing accident. Because Natasha doesn’t spend much time in AA meetings or DJ booths, Lindsay added: “I didn’t see much of her over the years but I will miss her. My heart goes out to her family. This is a tragic loss.”
Another former co-star of Lindsay’s, Jane Fonda, is weighing in the death of Richardson, who she met on the set of Julia. “It is hard to even imagine what it must be like for her family. My heart is heavy.”
Alan Cumming also paid tribute to Natasha’s life and career on his personal website, calling her “a woman who powered through life and fascinated everyone she encountered. The strongest memory I have is of her laughter, her unmistakable throaty laugh. Liam and the boys and her whole family have lost an amazing woman. We all have. Goodbye, darling.”

I agree with all of the above. Lindsay is the polar opposite of Natasha.
