Lindsay Lohan Might Get a Lucky Break

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been getting too much good news these days. So, I’m sure she was pretty thrilled to hear that she might not have to face felonies related to her recent DUI. Charges will be filed against La Lohan today and TMZ reports that they have been tipped off that a “strong possibility” exists that the Los Angeles D.A. will not be instating felony charges against the starlet. From TMZ:

Sources say the D.A. almost certainly will not file cocaine charges in connection with her DUI bust Memorial Day weekend in Beverly Hills.

As for her July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, the D.A. could charge her with felony cocaine possession, and bringing cocaine into a correctional facility — also a felony. But we’re told that the D.A. is inclined not to file those felony charges either.

Ooh, is the tide turning for our little Lindsay? Let’s hope so. But let’s be honest, any progress this child makes will last about 2.8 seconds before her parents come in and ruin any good fortune Linds might achieve. They’re just so dependably flaky. You can set your watch by them…and know they will probably steal it from you and then ask you to loan them $500.

It sounds like someone screwed up, maybe during the arrest. At least I hope it’s a technicality-probably isn’t though, they probably aren’t charging her because money changed hands somewhere…
And Lisa, I agree, a couple of hours with her parents and she’ll be packing her nose again.

I hope someone in LA raises a fuss about this. Why shouldn’t she be charged? If she was a black guy they wouldn’t be dropping any charges. Certainly not felonies.

Hopefully someone will raise a stink like they did concerning Paris

Since all this happened to the only statements from the Lohan camp have been along the lines of ‘it’s not my fault, I was set up’, ‘she was chasing me, not the other way round’ ‘they weren’t my pants’. Not a single word of regret or apology . It’s everyone else’s fault.

If they start dropping charges she is going to carry on her merry way with her ‘sobriety’ and never face up to the consequences of her actions. It’s also time to stop ragging on her toxic parents. She’s 21. If she is old enough to go out and earn her living and live her own life she is old enough to take responsibilty.

    End Of.

I think she should at least be charged for sportin’ those bunions!
