Highly visible parental unit, Michael Lohan, is going to have to do some pretty crafty maneuvering if he hopes to stage an intervention on his famous daughter, Lindsay Lohan.

RadarOnline.com claims that the freckled starlet has plans to file a restraining order against her father within the following two days. Reportedly, she is reacting to Michael threatening to kidnap her.

In reaction, Michael has said, “Dina [Lohan] is the one that told her to get a restraining order. But you know what? I’m still going to try to do everything with the courts to try and get Lindsay better.”

Well, I can’t say that I blame her. But if anyone can understand his particular brand of crazy, it’s her.
