Humanitarian Lindsay Lohan, was in a big rush last night (November 9, 2009) as she was leaving the Hotel Cafe. Lohan’s car allegedly struck a paparazzo and then sped away from the scene. Lindsay was not driving the vehicle but was inside the car at the time.
Her driver is now being deemed a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation. The photographer was injured but was reportedly not taken to hospital.
The photographer told TMZ : “Of course I’m going to sue them … but I don’t care about the money.” So then why sue? Let the police take care of the matter.
He claims he is “lucky to be alive”, especially since the driver was wearing sunglasses while driving in a dark alley. “I want to press charges so badly … she’s going to jail,” he said.
So how did the paparazzo get hit, he angled himself closer to the car to get a better shot of Lohan. She should sue him for stupidity.
Riiiiight, it was so scary he peed himself.
