According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan has been ordered by a Los Angeles judge to appear in court to discuss her progress report as a result of her DUI.
Usually, in a misdemeanor case such as this one, the defendant would not be required to attend the court date.
However, it seems that information presented to the judge by the by the alcohol education program Lohan attended raised a red flag, in the judge’s eyes. I’m thinking it’s the blond hair.
