Now that she lost her day job, Lindsay Lohan has found a new way to make money on her party image as well as a chance to sue someone else for a change. It’s a productive day in Lohan world.

During the Super Bow eTrade aired a commercial with those talking babies and a boy baby apologizes to his baby girlfriend over video about not calling her the night before. Putting the creepy factor aside for a moment we are interested in the end of the video where the girlfriend baby asks “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” The boy replies “Lindsay?” and a baby girl sticks her head in the frame and slurs “Milk-a-what?” Okay, that’s FUNNY, but the celebrity Lindsay didn’t think so. She is suing eTrade for $100 million saying the company used her name and characterization in business without approval.

Okay, the baby could have just been named Lindsay, but the truth is when I see a slutty baby who is addicted to the bottle, then yeah, I’m going to name it Lindsay. It’s in our collective subconscious now.  Lindsay isn’t concerned about that truth or taking a good hard look at herself. She knows she a slutty mikaholic baby, she just better get paid for it.
